The alarm on our septic tank went off Wednesday night and Swaffield was able to come Thursday morning to pump the tank. They identified that the pump wasn't responding and helped me check my breaker panel to see if everything was on. They then provided me with trusted plumbers in the area. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful they were. They really went above and beyond - thanks so much.

First time customer recommended by a friend. Let me start by saying that Troy took a call on a Sunday night and showed up Monday morning to pump out and service my septic tank. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is on septic. Very professional Troy explained what needs to be done in order to have a properly running septic so I decided to have him come on a 6 month schedule.

Great service as usual. I thought our septic system was failing but it was a blockage right at the baffle that Troy was able to dislodge. We have been using Swaffield every 4 or 5 years since we built our home in 1991. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Tom at Swaffield’s septic service. This morning our septic backed up. We called Tom & he gave us some tips to troubleshoot the issue as we were driving home from errands. As we were arriving home, there was Tom pulling in the driveway at the same time we were to make sure that we could get our septic running before the weekend ended. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. I used swaffield for my backyard wedding and rented their bathroom trailer. They were efficient for drop off and pick up as well as all communication. The trailer was spotless and fully stocked with toilet paper and soap etc. the trailer had air conditioning which was amazing for my guests when the day ended up being hotter than expected. Overall amazing experience, would highly recommend!!
